1. Junior Advocates:
They should have minimum 2
to 5 years of experience in various local courts in arbitration
,Banking,Corporate,Litigation,Criminial or Property matters.
They should have hands-on experience and well aware of court
procedures. They should be able to file various types of applications,
petitions, etc. and represent the matter before court.
2. Senior Advocates:
They should have minimum
6 to 8 years of experience in various local courts in arbitration
,Banking,Corporate,Litigation,Criminial or Property matters.They
should be able to represent the matters independently.
The applicants for both the
categories should be dynamic and energetic. They should have
sound knowledge of law and procedures and should be fluent
in spoken/written English.The selected advocates will work
under the brand-name of RKSAssociate in respect
of all matters referred to them by the Firm.
